Ezekiah BenjaminBorn and bred in Zimbabwe, I am currently employed by Savenda Management Services Zambia as Group Chief Operating Officer. I have been an Organisation Development Consultant for more than ten years and I have fifteen years’ experience as a Business Executive.

Also, I accumulated extensive experience in Human capital development, Research and publication, strategy formulation and implementation, strategic private sector reform, financial management, and organisation turn around assignments. I have consulted for high profile clients like Varichem Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing, Centre For Total Transformation, Cotton Company of Zimbabwe.

I hold a Phd in Management of Technology and Innovation from Da Vinci Institute, South Africa, in collaboration with Trans4m. In my PhD I focused on the Gene of African Leadership, evolving Trans4m’s GENE approach to a new form of leadership in and for Africa.
