Social Innovation and Transformation Management in Four Worlds
"Social Innovation" (our objective) and "Transformation Management" (our process driven approach) aim to overcome the conventional one-sidedness and fragmentation of today’s business in society by:
• focusing on the transformation of the self, the organisation and the society
• taking a holistic view of enterprise, thereby always addressing not only the economic dimension of an organisation/society, but also and simultaneously its natural, cultural and political dimensions
Our approach differentiates and integrates the four core dimensions of any organisation and society (Economic + Political + Cultural + Natural) in order to be successful on a truly sustainable base, making a contribution to individual, organisational, societal and global transformation.
We have developed a framework to generate social and economic transformation, which is designed to work in each specific cultural context. Our approach is based on:

• a core Transformation Process that can be implemented
• collaborating with each participant and participating organisation through core Projects to effect Real Life Transformation
• overcoming traditional learning methods (focused on individual teaching as opposed to communal learning and knowledge creation) by facilitating a genuine knowledge-creating process
• being always embedded in local context, naturally and culturally, politically and economically
• a “centreing” process whereby agents of transformation purposefully move towards the middle ground.
