Local Contributors to the Global CommunityTRANS4M operates mainly through its local partners.
In order to run our programmes successfully in local contexts we cooperate with Universities or more often entities within Universities that are forerunners in the field of transformation. Such entities become the local educational provider. These universities also play an important role in the creation of local transformative knowledge and value, and in enabling local transformation.
Within each local context we build on the existing transformational communities that cultivate the ground for transformation within a society. It is this combination that serves to build up the sustainable basis for a transformed management education and that provides each participant of the programme with a most nourishing environment.
How to start a National Institute?
It is crucial that ownership of transformational education, processes and projects is assumed locally, with the opening initiative coming from a local partner.
As soon as a first serious initiative comes, we would try to set up a local meeting, bringing together representatives from different kind of institutions from all sectors of society, in order to test the ground for the establishment of a local (national) institute, to become part of TRANS4M.
