Building it togetherOur long term vision is to build a Transcultural University for Social Innovation and Social and Economic Transformation.
Such a university would see itself as a source of Educational Activism committed to bringing Social Innovation to the World.
Such a University would be:
Such a Transcultural University would be comprised of local (national) institutes that own the local programmes and processes, connected globally through a knowledge and value network, and centred through our Global Institute. Accreditation of the actual masters and doctoral programmes, and potential undergraduate programmes, takes place locally.
Each local institute would serve to bring about real transformational effects, by engaging individuals and enterprises in projects on self, organisational and societal transformation; hence, we regard ourselves as educational activists, generating tangible transformational impacts.
Such a Transcultural University would not compete with existing universities; on the contrary, we connect with the most innovative individuals and enterprises within and around universities, and – through our programmes, research and global network – support their work, as they would support the Transcultural University as a whole.
