Four
Untitled Document

The 4 is central to our work.

Our approach brings in the humanism, the holism, the rationalism and the pragmatism of the Four Worlds: the South, the West, the North and the East, enabling you to discover and pursue an integrated path.

It is engaged in a four-folding process of re-aligning the private sector, the public sector, the civic sector and the animate (nature) sector.

Our core transformational process, the GENE, which is developed from deep research into nature and culture, is a fourfold cyclical process of Grounding / Emerging / Navigating / Effecting designed to release the GENE-IUS of Transformation in the four fields: Self, Organisation, Society, and ultimately the World.

According to mythology, the four is one of the core order-giving principles, e.g. 4 directions, 4 elements, 4 seasons, 4 life seasons, 4 temperaments etc.

The 4 is also a symbol of the earth and stands for one of the most universal archetypes of wholeness and integration.

Transformation ultimately aims for Integration!
