First Pilot Humanity Quest at Home for Humanity: For Young Agents of Transformation to become Accelerators for a regenerative Future
4 October 2020: TRANS4M, together with the Theatre of Transformation Academy, invited a group of young changemakers to a first Humanity Quest Pilot Programme.
11 young Agents of Transformation from Europe, Middle East, South America and North America joined for 2 days at Home for Humanity to participate in a special programme designed for young changemakers committed to become Ambassadors and Accelerators to shape a just and regenerative future for all life on Earth.
Together, they went on a transformative living-learning journey geared, in the long term, to shift the paradigm and make an impactful contribution towards co-creating a just and regenerative future for the Earth family. The programme was a powerful initiation into the Art and Science of Integral Transformation, to instil pathbreaking knowledge and skills for the Quest. This features the combined methodologies of TRANS4M and Theatre of Transformation Academy, developed and implemented over the past 20+ years with renowned universities and pioneering partner organisations on all continents.
While the first part of the 2.5 days focussed on experiencing the quest, individually and as a group, with the purpose for each agent of transformation to develop her or his own Manifesto for integral transformation, the final day emphasized the contribution that each participant could make to the quest, in order to enable future changemakers to participate in the Humanity Quest experience.
The weekend turned out to be one of high intensity, deep insights, innovative developments and potent commitment for contributing actively to the future – powerfully enacted by each participant. Many of the participants decided to also actively join the Home for Humanity team, an incredible enrichment for the future development of Home for Humanity.
