Delia Gilgen is our latest Junior Fellow. Welcome!

In her research-to-innovation, she will be focussing on prototyping programs for young Agents of Transformation keen to engage, in theory and in practice, with the arts and science of integral transformation, enabling them to actively contribute to the resolution of today’s burning issues. She will thereby work closely with TRANS4M and our integral campus Home for Humanity.

Delia is familiar with TRANS4M’s integral approach  since 2018, when she joined our course “On Becoming an Agent of Transformation” at the University of St. Gallen, where she studied.
