Trans4m Senior Fellow Dr Passmore Matupire introduced the Integral Worlds approach to the distinguished guests before Andrew Nyambayo himself came to the podium to share some insights on integral marketing.

At the heart of Integral marketing, a concept that Nyambayo developed in his PhD with Trans4m and Da Vinci, are humane values, which propel an organization to develop useful and affordable products that meet the needs and aspirations of customers. Through application of humane values, customers can be excellently served by knowledgeable and motivated staff. This accelerates product adoption, leading to socio- economic transformation.

Among the invited guests were Mr Isaiah Nyangari, Chief Marketing Officer Econet Burundi, Mr Black, Executive director of Tower Construction, Mr Innocent Magaya, Chief Human Resource Officer Econet Zimbabwe and Mr Charles Mutemera, Managing Director of Dicomm.
