Trans4m participates in Dubai’s World Government Summit, promoting a new Educational Paradigm
9 February 2019: Upon Invitation of former UNESCO Director General, Irina Bukova, Trans4m’s Alexander Schieffer joined the Global Council of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) on Quality Education, held during the World Government Summit in Dubai.
Schieffer was invited together with Trans4m’s Global Wisdom Council member H.E. Senator Haifa Najjar from Jordan. During the Global Council meeting, and at other events during the Summit, both promoted a holistic and transformative approach to education, actively engaging with society and to address the ever more pressing issues in societies and on a global scale. It was an attempt to help transcend the dominant approach in summit discussions, focussing primarily on education for job creation.
